- Any account opened with false information will be cancelled and the balance may be forfeited.
Bat Jeli may request additional documents for verification purposes. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.
3. Eligibility & Age Requirements
Minimum age requirement to use Bat Jeli's services 18 Years. Account creation and betting are strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 18.
- At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
- Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

- Bat Jeli employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to use the betting services.

4. Betting Rules
The following rules apply when placing bets on Bat Jeli. Violations of these Terms may result in the cancellation of bets.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except in certain specific circumstances.
- Pre-match bets will not be accepted once an event has kicked off.
- Odds in live betting change in real time; the odds confirmed at the time of placement will apply.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Bat Jeli reserves the right to void the affected bets.
- If a match result is disputed, Bat Jeli will verify it against official sources before making a final decision.
- The maximum stake per bet may vary by event and is set at Bat Jeli's discretion.
- If one event in a parlay or combo bet is cancelled, the remaining events will still stand.
Bat Jeli takes a firm stance against match-fixing and any form of corrupt betting. Accounts flagged for suspicious betting patterns will be subject to investigation.
5. Payments & Withdrawals
Bat Jeli supports Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods for deposits and withdrawals.
- Supported methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Deposits are usually instant; however, network delays may occasionally extend processing time to up to 15 minutes.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
- KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal.
- Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit — no other method will be accepted.
- Suspicious transactions will be frozen and investigated as part of our anti-money laundering measures.
- Bat Jeli does not charge any additional payment processing fees, though your mobile banking operator's own charges may apply.
Security Tips: Only deposit using your own mobile banking account. Using someone else's account may result in your withdrawal being held.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
Bat Jeli offers welcome bonuses, cashback, and special promotions from time to time. Each offer comes with its own terms.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the applicable wagering requirements must be met first.
- The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is generally 5 to 10 times the bonus amount.
- Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
- If the same person claims bonuses through multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be cancelled.
- Bat Jeli reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bat Jeli platform and may result in account termination as well as legal action:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.

- Attempting to hack or carry out any form of cyberattack against Bat Jeli's systems.
- Using automated bots or software to place bets.
- Stealing or unauthorizedly accessing another user's account information.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of financial fraud.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
Warning: If you are found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities above, Bat Jeli may close your account and seize your balance without prior notice.
